Workshop Ticket Sales Policy

Please review the following policies regarding ticket purchases. By completing your registration, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What’s Included

  • Your ticket includes full workshop instruction and all required materials.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the workshop start time.
  • Refund requests made within 48 hours of the workshop are not eligible; all such sales are final.
  • To request a refund, please contact us by email with your name and order confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed within three business days to your original payment method.
  • No-shows — attendees who do not attend without prior notice — forfeit their ticket and any included materials.

Ticket Transfers

  • Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person.
  • Transfers must be requested in writing (by email) at least 24 hours before the event, and must include the new attendee’s full name and contact information.

Capacity & Availability

  • This workshop has a limited capacity. Registration closes once the maximum number of participants is reached — early registration is encouraged.
  • There is no waitlist. If the workshop is full, please check back periodically or reach out directly to inquire about availability in the event of a cancellation.

Event Changes & Cancellation

  • If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, all registered attendees will receive a full refund within three business days.
  • If the workshop is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Attendees who cannot make the new date may request a full refund by contacting us within three days of the rescheduling announcement.

Conduct, Consent & Accessibility

  • All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants and instructors with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the workshop without refund.
  • The workshop may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in advance.
  • If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us prior to the event so we can make appropriate arrangements.
